The four operating principles
Before the calendar, the philosophy. Multi-client content fails for the same reason every time — the creator runs out of brain before they run out of work. These four principles solve that.
— Principle 01
Brand-first, platform-second
Every piece of content is checked against the client's brand book before format. Crown's voice is not ROBATA's voice is not SUB40's voice. The brand check is the first gate, always.
— Principle 02
Production system, not heroics
A weekly cadence the team can hit on a tired Friday afternoon. If the system depends on me being inspired, it's broken. Built so the work ships even when no-one's having a great day.
— Principle 03
Performance closes the loop
Nothing is "done" until the analytics come back. Every Monday I report what worked, what didn't, and what changes next week. The Senior Social Media Manager should never have to ask.
— Principle 04
AI is the production layer, not the creator
My Air Team (Grok · Gemini · Claude) drafts, monitors and verifies. The creative call is always human. That's what keeps premium clients premium.
Weekly cadence — the 7-day clock
One repeatable rhythm across every client. The day rotates; the discipline doesn't.
Mon
Performance review + week brief
Pull last week's analytics across every client (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, IG/TikTok native, GBP). Write the Monday memo — winners, losers, decisions. Lock the week's content brief by 11am.
Tue
Production day — Studio & capture
Heavy capture day at Kent Place or on-site. Photography, behind-the-scenes video, founder/principal interviews. Always raw set capture for Visceral Proof — that's a 20-min add-on per shoot.
Wed
Edit + first-pass drafts
Cuts in the morning with the video team. Captions, copy variants and Meta ad drafts in the afternoon. Air Team (Gemini) drafts the first 80%; I write the last 20% — the parts that need taste.
Thu
Brand-gate review
Every asset checked against the client's brand book. Voice ✓ · Tone ✓ · Type ✓ · Colour ✓ · Logo lockup ✓. Senior Social Media Manager sees a clean review board, not raw drafts.
Fri
Schedule + client send
Approved content scheduled across each client's stack. Client-facing weekly note sent by 4pm — what's going live next week, what we learned this week. No surprises, no Saturday emails.
Sat–Sun
Content Sensing & reactive deployment
Air Team (Grok) monitors local events, news, and competitor activity. If a real-world trigger fires (a local event, a council announcement in 3029, a competitor move), reactive content goes out. Most weekends: nothing fires. The system is the alarm, not the alarm clock.
Multi-client calendar — sample week
A live snapshot of how a typical TREND. week looks across six premium accounts. Colour = content type. Every cell ships through the same brand-gate on Thursday.

The brand-gate — non-negotiable
Every asset passes the same five-line check before it ships. The Air Team's Auditor agent (Claude) runs the first pass; I sign off the human pass. Senior Social Media Manager only ever sees gated work.
The 5-line check
- Voice: Does the caption sound like the client, not like an agency, not like AI?
- Tone: Right register for the platform and the client's seniority level?
- Type & colour: Fonts, colours, lockup, safe area — all from the brand book?
- Claim integrity: Any factual claim (price, vintage, capacity, award) verified against source?
- Tactile signal: At least one element of Visceral Proof (BTS, raw frame, set sound)?
Performance — what I report every Monday
Six clients, one report, before standup. Aggregated KPIs at the top, per-client one-pager below. The Senior Social Media Manager opens one tab, not twelve.

Decision asked of leadership
Why this works for TREND.
TREND. is positioned as a premium creative collective servicing high-stakes clients across hospitality, property, F&B and lifestyle. Multi-client agency work fails when the creator is good at the craft but disorganised at the production layer. This playbook protects the craft by being relentless about the system. I bring the system on day one.
