One conference,
a year of momentum.

A campaign concept that treats the Australasian Road Safety Conference and the Awards Gala not as two events, but as one year-round narrative — call-for-papers, registration, the conference itself, and the awards follow-through — with sponsor recognition built into every phase and member engagement carried the whole way.

CONCEPT ONLY — Not official ACRS material. This is my interpretation of how the conference and awards cycle could be marketed, to show my planning and channel thinking. Timings and tiers are illustrative placeholders for the real ARSC marketing timetable and sponsorship agreements.
01The idea

A small remote team shouldn't have to rebuild conference momentum from zero each year. So the campaign is one continuous engine — every phase feeds the next, every asset is reusable, and every sponsor gets the recognition their agreement promises, on time, every time.
